My friend Luca, first and foremost is an amazing guy. He is always is doing something food related, and a lot of the time he is doing something for the community.
He and I sat down the other morning to discuss some of the things we wanted to see happen. He was “delayed” because he had been dancing for 3 hours for a benefit he does in the community. Before he opens! While we talked, we spoke about that and a cooking competition, Keene Top Chef.
