BALTIMORE —
Volunteers are helping build micro homes for the homeless.
The Baltimore-based effort comes from LaQuida Chancey, who launched Smalltimore Homes in February 2018 to help people.
She said many people experiencing homelessness “look exactly like us” and she wants to change the stigma.
Some models have already been built, and donations and a grant are funding almost a dozen more.
But Chancey sees even bigger possibilities. {{more}}
