Eat, Drink and be merry! They all go hand in hand. There is nothing like sharing a good meal with your family and friends. Let’s be honest we are all foodies in our own right. Food trucks are becoming a big part of our food culture. They are popping up just as fast as our breweries are these days. There is a new sense of wonder when you visit a food truck. Food trucks are no longer your standard vision of those old time “Roach Coach” you would find parked out side of construction sites. They are no longer limited to fair grounds. In fact they are not even limited to the season anymore. No, food trucks are evolved and they are on POINT.
There is a whole world of amazing food trucks to explore. One of our Food loving friends is Andzej Mikijaniec, the owner of the award winning Andrzej’s Polish Kitchen. Andrzej has found his home in Marlboro, VT at Beer Naked Brewery on top of Hogback mountain. #FoodTrucks
