Mike & Kelsey Domeny

Mike & Kelsey Domeny

Today we have a dynamic duo of a couple.

Presenting Mike and Kelsey Domeny.

They’re entrepreneurs of a company that focuses on these topics.

Coaching, consulting and discipleship all in one.

It was truly a pleasure to talk with them.

We had barrels of laughter throughout our conversation.

You won’t want to miss even a second of this conversation.

So listen to the end.

This is interview with Mike and Kelsey Domeny.

Chris:

Why Did I want to interview them?A mutual friend put us in contact with each other. So I checked out their website and liked what I saw, so I reached out to them. We discussed the details involved and came to a consensus on them being a guest on the podcast.

Content on interviewees:
Mike and Kelsey are cut from a different cloth; they walk what they talk about. But they’re the first to tell you they don’t have it all together, and daily, they have doubts and insecurities about their abilities. However, with that said, they also know what God has called them to, and they’re very conscientious of the notion that if, In fact, God has called them to this ministry, which he has! Then, they can’t pull back or do their own thing.
Their faithfulness in doing what the lord has called them to was very evident in our discussions throughout the podcast.

From the transcript:

The cultivation process

The cultivation process

Yeah, sometimes you just need that encouragement.

And more importantly, you’re doing it instead of stopping and you’re like, well, I don’t, I don’t know if it’ll work.

I don’t know if it’ll work.

Like, well, absolutely.

It won’t work.

If you never try, if you never start, if you never do something, you will never see it work.

And so more importantly, you’re doing it.

You’ve got guests, you’re doing it.

You’re putting out publications.

You’re monetizing it.

Like it’s fantastic.

And it’s not our responsibility to decide what success looks like.

Chris LaFreniere

Chris LaFreniere

From an early age, Chris LaFreniere became interested in the written word, as well as finding his voice. He was quite regularly told by teachers, both in a positive way as well as a negative way, that his style of writing was akin to the way he thought. In one encounter with a teacher, she advised him that he should go into journalism because she believed he would do well.

Chris has been writing for close to a decade now, starting off as simply a way to get his views and opinions out via a blog, which over time has morphed into a more polished style as well as a new arena. One of which some individuals have referred to as “citizen journalism.” Writing is a passion for Chris and a place where he truly believes he’s found his voice. He also presently works as a copywriter.
