I grew up in what sometimes appears to be a “saner” times. Over the years I have published stories of young entrepreneurs who have been fined for doing what many did. Being part of the part of the pioneering spirit of America.

So…did your child get cited? Needed a permit. Relax!

Country Time is launching their company’s €œLegal-Ade€ division: a crack team that is dedicated to helping kids sell lemonade. If a child is issued a fine for selling lemonade, Legal-Ade is offering to cover up to $300 of the cost.

So if you’ve ever been shut down for trying to sell sweet treats on a hot summer day, you can apply for compensation on the Legal-Ade website (with the help of an adult, of course.)

You may have seen this headline from us the other day…
