Keene’s Downtown Car Show May 2025

If you know me, you know I am a car aficionado. I love cars! I schedule vacations and many weekends to see cars and attend car shows. Did I say I love cars?   

This weekend I got to visit a car show put on by both the Keene Chamber and Monadnock Ford.  

I love car shows, and everyone knows it. So, seeing this one come up on my radar screen was a pleasure. The downside? It was on a Sunday. (I am a minister and had service to attend to. My wife agreed to let Jacob and I slip out before coffee time!)

The show started at 8, and Jacob and I grabbed our cameras and headed out. Rain was in the forecast, so with cameras in hand, we headed downtown. The first row of cars was Mustangs.

I am a 60s guy, and Mustangs were my “drug of choice.”

Even though it was overcast, it had not started raining, so we were able to take pictures. We spent a lot of time talking to folks, including Luca Paris of the chamber and Curtis Green and Larry Monson of Monadnock Ford. Kudos to both organizations. Great job!

Jacob and I had limited time, so we pressed on.
