Today my travels brought me to the Tilton Diner in the North Country of NH just off exit 20 on 93 N in NH. It’s a legit diner with all that old school charm coming up on its 50 year anniversary. Bottomless coffee which when one is on the road is like ones life blood.
For an appetizer I chose corn fritters with maple mustard for dipping. Very light and not too greasy. I liked the idea of maple mustard as I usually mix the two anyways.
For my main course I chose Roasted Turkey Dinner with all the fixings including sage stuffing mashed potatoes, green beans gravy and cranberry sauce. It will likely offset the coffee I drank when the tryptophan kicks in but I was determined to make that my main course.
Oh and Grapenut custard for dessert. Heaven!
