My husband and I both grew up in southern New Hampshire. One of our childhood past times was spending time with our grandparents, exploring the White Mountains. He and I have made it a point to go up at least once a year and recreate that childlike nostalgia. Every time we are up there we discover something new.

There are so many different trails to explore while in the White Mountains. Our day trip to Lincoln, NH we decided to make that day a more leisure day. We spent the morning hiking and seeing as much as we could. Then it was time to wet our whistles. We needed to find a watering hole nearby so that we could refuel, recharge and get back to exploring! One Love Brewery located in Lincoln, NH was calling our name! They are the perfect spot to “Fuel your Adventure” They should be, seeing how that is their motto.
Whether you are looking for something light fair or full meal, One Love Brewery will have you madly in love. They have a full-service bar, so if you are not big on the idea of a beer you can grab yourself one of their signature cocktails. My husband went the cocktail route. I, on the other hand, couldn’t go to a brewery and not try the beer. I ordered myself a flight. At One Love Brewery, the flight of beer is a set flight. You do not have the option to pick and choose what you want to try. Their flight consists of six 4 oz samplers. PLENTY of beer to try. What I like about having the set flight and not one you can pick and choose is that I am forced to try a beer I may ordinarily not be willing to try.
They do a great job with their flight selection. This flight went from pale ale to a dark lager. It also included their summer special and their Octoberfest.
I enjoyed the variation of flavors.
I especially enjoyed how the pale ale went so well with my garlic aioli crabcake. With that said the dark lager accented the curry aioli crab cake just as well. The October Fest, Amber Ale and IPA went great with the poutine fries our table shared. My favorite of the day was their summer brew. I found it to be refreshing after a day of hiking mountains and hunting for waterfalls.

Enjoying a great meal and clanking glasses with friends is one thing. Having a warm and welcoming environment to do so, makes the adventure an experience worth mentioning. The ambiance over at One Love Brewery will encaptivate you. From the drinks, delicious food and an inviting environment. This is a great location right in the heart of the mountains. We sat outside on their patio. The patio is covered in hop vines. In the summer and autumn months, the patio is open to friends, family and fur babies alike. I sat and watched as one couple with their four-legged baby, we served their dinner. Even their pup was served their meal, in their very own dog dish. The patio is welcome to pups, inside however your fur baby cannot join. As someone with a fur baby, I always love finding places that will allow me to take her on the adventure with me. Next visit my baby girl is coming along. If you have a fur baby, children, friends, and family then you are going to want to check out One Love Brewery in Lincoln, NH.
