Today i had the pleasure of going to The Black Forest Cafe and Bakery just off 101 in Bedford, NH.
I really love the idea of having a fully operating cafe and a fully operating bakery. Mainly because I feel like all the food that is being prepared is made with just a little bit extra attention and love . This certainly rang true today. May i just say that their complimentary bread and parmesan butter has cracked my top 5 best complimentary list! And i had a second loaf brought out to me with my appetizer without provocation. Beyond the bread the hummus plate and salad were very good along with the raspberry bar i had. Fairly priced with ample portions.
The atmosphere is charming and their menu is robust with variety and flavor. Right on down from the drink menu and on up to the main menu.
The Black Forest Cafe and Bakery is certainly worth checking out and I, for one will be revisiting it for years to come. So the next time you are in Bedford or simply driving along 101, consider stopping at The Black Forest Cafe and Bakery!
