No one seems to know the actual origins of this happy holiday for hooligans, but it probably started with a bunch of youngsters. Still, who hasn’t been a kid – at least once?
Celebrate youth. Act like a child. Skip a rope, toss a ball or ride a bike on August 4th. Hooray for Kids!
