He is out there again in style. No red car, no frosted tips, but with a style all his own. Luca Paris is back in restaurants, visiting food trucks and places where other great food and drink can be foundDriving around with his Olds Cutlass convertible, he is visiting food businesses and bringing them to the forefront with Discover Your New Culinary Journey!

On stage, behind the camera or microphone, or face-to-face, you will know it is going to be a fun ride!

I have known Luca for several years and I am proud to call him a friend. I have worked with him on different projects, and he brings a lot of ideas and energy to the table. I love his positivity and his willingness to see things through.

Years ago, we sat in his restaurant and talked about this type of endeavor.

Promoting the Region

Luca has been promoter of all things Keene for over 20 years. And he has done a lot. His most recent “title” is the president of the Greater Keene and Peterborough Chamber. And he has taken it seriously, all the while having fun! He received a grant from the New Hampshire Department of Business and Economic Affairs in May, which allowed him to join up with GFA Federal Credit Union as a partner for the series He assembled a small team, and began work on a YouTube series, entitled “Discover Your New Culinary Journey.”

The state is running a campaign called “Discover Your New,” for residents and tourists to discover new things in New Hampshire. The name of the series, “Discover Your New Culinary Journey,” is based on this campaign.

Luca has done a lot of things, (including winning on Guy’s Grocery Games.) but what he does best is inspire people to jump on board and make a difference.

The grant brought him in connection with the GFA Federal Credit Union. They are a full-service community financial institution serving Central Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire.

I have worked with Luca on video projects and for this one, he brought Gavin Key in. Gavin is the owner of Gavin Key Films. A young film maker, I loved his work he did with Ted McGreer (Owner of Ted’s Shoe and Sports.) and the Parrish Shoes line. He also has worked with Moco Arts. He recently was selected for Monadnock International Film Festival for his film, “Let it Shine: The Story of the Keene Pumpkin Festival.”

This is the trailer for the 30-episode project, “Discover Your New Culinary Journey.” Each episode spotlights a different eatery in the Monadnock Region.
