“I’m always traveling and some of my favorite places to travel domestically are Maui and Bachelor Gulch, Colo. – that’s why I opened restaurants there,” Puck says. “Of course I have a special place in my heart for Los Angeles, as it’s been my home for almost 40 years.”

In addition to rapidly expanding restaurants, the chef began Wolfgang Puck Catering in 1998 and starred in an eponymous TV show on The Food Network for five seasons. He’s published six cookbooks and sells lines of frozen food and kitchen products.
