They visited the reopened Fireworks Keene with owner, Adam Berube. Opened in December 2011, Adam was there. COVID hit and the restaurant closed. Adam purchased it from the previous owner. And it is the Fireworks people know. Chef Matt Smith prepared Margarita Pizza and a Short Rib with Mascarpone Polenta. It looks great! Welcome back!
From there we go to a seasonal, roadside hangout serving up farm-fresh fried seafood and homemade ice cream in easygoing digs with a country store.

I love this place. Kimball Farm ice cream and seafood being two of my faves. Luca is here for a Lobster Roll with Waffle Fries and maybe a little more. He met up with Andy, the assistant manager who shared about what goes on here. Hey, he even fed Gavin!
You will find music, arts, great food and drinks here. Luca is with Co-Owner and Chef Jordan Scott and Co-Owner Danya Landis. They do everything to have local foods in their menu. Add the amazing community aspect and you have it all.
Well, there was more! House made Schnitzel with Chicken Breast and Smoked Hollandaise Sauce with Roasted Red Potatoes… Potstickers with a Sweet Chile Glaze… And Biscuits with Pink Peppercorn Butter, Maldon Salt and Spiced Honey!
