Vital Provisions
The sign says, “Dedicated Gluten + Dairy Free Cafe.” Their Facebook page says, “Specializing in serving nutrient dense and flavor packed gluten and dairy free food.”
What does Luca have to say?
Arriving there, he met with owners Kyle Murphy and Heather Vaillancourt (A licensed massage therapist.). Chef Kyle shares a little of his “why.” (You will find that some of the driving forces for this business were food sensitivity, weight, and a desire for great food.
Kyle prepared Luca a meal of Chicken and Waffles and an Acai Bowl (It looks like their Double Rainbow is a hit.). The chicken is called Southern Comfort in their place, and it has chicken, caramelized onions, maple gravy, and zucchini waffles. 🙂

And if you are going to be in Peterborough, well… Luca decided to hit the Peterboro Diner.
Peterborough Diner-Peterborough
I grew up with diners. (What Luca calls a “classic, old diner” is what I remember. Watching the camera pan the menu boards brings back memories.
The Peterborough Diner car was delivered on October 25th, 1960. Over 60 years!
They served Luca a plate of Crispy French Toast with area maple syrup. (With something for Gavin!) Clearly enjoyable!
From there, Luca headed over to see Rick Horton and The Outlaw Brewing Company in Winchester, NH.
The Outlaw Brewing Company
Begun in 2016, Luca meets with owner Rick Horton. They discuss the history, the small beginnings, and how they now see 500 to 1,000 folks a weekend!
With a new food truck, Luca tries their Cranky Burger(All beef patty on a Kernel Bakery bun. Topped with bacon, cheese sauce, caramelized onions, crispy jalapeño, and our Signature Cranky), Outlaw Jalapeno Rangoons (Six made from scratch Jalapeno Rangoons. Cream cheese and cheddar cheese are blended with fresh jalapeños and stuffed into a wonton. Deep fried and served with sweet chili sauce.), and a blueberry ale, on a table outside.
There you have it! The most recent offerings from Luca and Gavin. Each week they will be sharing 3 more videos. If you live in the Monadnock region, you may see some new places to discover. And if you live out of the area, you will want to add these to your places to enjoy.
Take time to watch the series and subscribe to their channel.
